Metal shield - texturing, rendering

Starting with texturing

Shaders, textures bump maps, ligths, sRGB and Linear sRGB difference, openEXR export in Nuke, rendering, settings of Final Gathering..... UUUUUUUUUUAAAAGGHHHH!!! Gamma changes...

this seems correct. but it ain't.  once you export it in openEXR and load to Nuke, it's wrong, too bright, by 2.2 gamma.
